Returns & Exchanges

At Casual Place, we want you to be completely satisfied with your children's clothing purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Trousers, Casual Clothes, Vest, One-Piece Dress, or Short Sleeve Suit, we offer a straightforward return process.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, including opened packages of underwear or socks. Final sale items will be clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
